the pricing and quality of their tires are amazing, the workers are friendly, their store is well - kept but as nerve wracking as it is having them drive your car around the block where you can’t see it being worked on then two different workers slam my car door so hard it sounds like it broke and then when i go to inspect my car this is what i see on the driver inside door and other part of door trim

I had a great experience with RT Tire My AWD car had an unfixable problem with an expensive 10-month old tire. The guy where I bought it (large tire co) said I’d have to buy four new tires ($1400) Sam at RT was able to find the same brand/size with same wear amount in FL and had it shipped/installed in a week. It saved me $1200! When I returned to have it installed, Jason and Alicia were fabulous. It’s a pretty busy shop- but they have good products at a fair price. Their customer service is outstanding. I’ll be giving RT more of my business

Pulled up and the lady checked our tires and said she could help with a repair of one and a replacement of the other. She took our keys, said she would get us a quote and come back out. We waited outside for 40 mins and went back in to check on them and they're just chilling in the office on their phone and the lady goes "oh I forgot". The manager, sitting with facebook open on the computer said "it'll be an hour wait." So we took our keys and left. 👍

I've bought a used tire from RT tire a few months back and that tire was ready to be replaced again today. I came in and right after me about 3-4 other customers showed up. The guy asked me what I needed and and so on. Told me the price then took my keys didn't say anything else. After 15-20minutes once I see others who came in after me were getting their cars pull to the back. I went and asked the guy behind the counter did you want me to pay now then he said no. I waited another 15-20min then I see some techs were not busy so I thought maybe they forgot about me and I wasn't mad, so I went and asked if they know how much longer this is going to take. Mind you that my car hasn't even been looked at or anyone knew what was going on. Tech went and ask the gentleman who took my car and keys to see how much longer. He then came back and said 45min. So you're telling me after waiting for about an hour, now you're telling me another 45min! Had you told me that from the get go I wouldn't wait around. But that wasn't the case since few other customers who came in after me were helped and about to be done. Then I said to him im just gonna go can't wait that long, he didn't apologize or at least admit to his mistake, then simply said yea we're buys today. Well you have 2customers whom you were working on and I was the third From what it looked like, but the other 3 customers who came in after me was about to be finished. Then he couldn't even find the my keys to the car.

I had been a previous customer to RT tires and decided to go back when it came time to look for a set of 35’s to put on a set of new rims I had just purchased for my 07 F150. And I couldn’t of made a better decision in doing so. My guy James sold me a set of “Toyos” and saved me a ton of money. Logan assisted me the morning of the install the technician and I discussed the install and it went seamless. I “HIGHLY” recommend the guys at RT Pacheco these guys are are pros at what they do, and their level of service is a 10+ ! I’m telling everyone one Forget the big box stores! Check out RT. I plan on being a long time client of RT tires for future tire purchases. Great job crew!! 👍🏽

After picking up a nail in my nowhere close to worn out tires, I discovered nobody would repair it. Now I was in for a big expense for replacement. Manny and his team offered me a near new set for a great price. When arrived, however, instead of selling me $500 worth of new tires they were able to find one in their inventory that was a perfect match for my other three. They offered me killer price and I slid out of there in an hour! I couldn’t ask for more. Great job guys!
